Abstract
Autonomous vehicles are being produced by private companies (Google, Uber, GM) and dual-use technology is emerging for City-Scale Mobility Systems (with Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to_Infrastructure) as well as Battlefield Command and Control for network-centric warfare. However, many industries other than auto will be turned upside down by the emerging dominance of autonomous driving cars, creating what could be called a "Robocalypse". Further, as more and more technology is introduced into automobilecs, the threat of malicious software and hardware manipulation increases.
