One of the publication links is missing! (Toggle Prepub flag)

If a publication was uploaded as a prepublication and then an upload is added and it is marked as not being a prepublication, then the prepublications will be hidden.

Non-admins should email publications at terraswarm and request that the prepublication for that publication be toggled.

Admins can fix this by going to Options -> Toggle prepub flag.
